The El Shaddi Care Center was established as a non-profit organization in 1997 to educate and support
the Prince Georges community by providing a menu of direct services, forums, and programs which promote
healthy sexuality and lifestyle.
Our Mission
Educate youth and young adults about healthy lifestyle choices, good decision making skills, life management, and self-sufficiency.
Vision
Caring and committed members of the faith community working together will make a significant impact on the lives of youth and young adults.
Goals
- Change social attitudes and behaviors to build healthy communities through moral teachings.
- Encourage youth and young adults to develop responsible and accountable relationship principles and behaviors through abstinence.
- Provide support services for unplanned pregnancy, HIV/AIDS prevention to teens and adults, and education about sexually transmitted diseases.
